Physical Therapy

Services are aimed to help restore a patient’s functional status and their ability to perform daily activities, alleviate pain, and prevent further disabilities by providing in home physical therapy as ordered by the patient’s physician. These services include patient specific exercises and treatments and teaching the use of supportive devices such as canes, crutches walkers or prostheses. Physical Therapy also works in coordination with skilled nurse services and with the patient’s physician to meet the patient’s individualized needs.
