Wound Care

Services include assessment, evaluation and management of wound care. Types of wounds include pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, diabetic, venous and arterial wounds. SN can perform this service in the home as prescribed by patient’s physician. This can be performed as often as daily, depending on severity of the wound and physician’s preference. SN may also teach preventative measures including the use of pressure-relieving devices to prevent further breakdown.
